The Duke-NEON partnership brings high‑quality, credit‑bearing Duke courses into Title I high schools through a collaborative hybrid model. NEON Faculty Fellows design course syllabi, create recorded lectures and assignments, and guide the instructional team, while NEON Teaching Fellows—trained undergraduate or graduate near‑peers—lead weekly live Zoom discussions, grade work, and provide individualized academic support. Together with high school Co‑Teachers, they deliver engaging, college‑level learning experiences that expand opportunity and help scholars build confidence, skills, and college readiness.
